DIGITAL IMAGE LICENSE AGREEMENT

By purchasing physically or digitally, any image or photograph from HarshaMutu Photography, the Licensee agrees to the following terms.

1. Grant of License
The Licensor, HarshaMutu Photography grants the Licensee a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the purchased image photograph for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

2. Permitted Uses

  • Display in personal digital/print albums.
  • Decorative prints in private homes.
  • Personal social media for non-promotional, non-commercial purposes while attributing due recognition to the Licensor, HarshaMutu Photography
  • Fair dealing such as criticism, comment, news reporting, teaching, scholarship, and research.

3. Restrictions

  • No Commercial Use: The Image or photograph may not be used for advertising, merchandise, or monetized content.
  • No Redistribution: Either the Image or photograph may not be resold, shared, or sublicensed.
  • No Alterations: Modifications require prior written consent from The Licensor HarshaMutu Photography.

4. Ownership
The Licensor, HarshaMutu Photography retains all rights, license, copyright, and title of the Digital Image. The Licensee does not acquire ownership.

5. Payment
Full payment is required before download access is granted.

6. Termination
Breach of terms voids the license immediately. The Licensor, HarshaMutu Photography may pursue legal remedies.

7. Warranty & Liability
The Image is provided “as is.” The Licensor, HarshaMutu Photography is not liable for indirect damages.

8. Governing Law
Governed by the laws of Canada.
